How do I transfer a server to another user?

Server transfers between accounts are not self-service at this stage. Email [email protected] with your account email, the server ID (visible in the panel URL and Dashboard), and the email address of the account you want to transfer to. We will process the transfer and confirm when it is complete.

Alternatively, you can migrate manually: give the new owner subuser access with full permissions, have them download a backup, create a new server on their account, and upload the backup. This transfers the files but requires the new owner to have their own plan.
