How do I invite teammates and manage their server access?

The Subusers page lets you give other people access to your server without sharing your login. Each subuser gets their own set of permissions, so you control exactly what they can see and do.

To invite someone, open the Subusers page from the panel sidebar and click "Invite subuser". Enter the email address of the person you want to add. They will need a Zeros Host account, or will be prompted to create one when they accept the invitation.

After entering the email, you choose which permissions to grant. Permissions are grouped by area: Console (view output, send commands), File Manager (read, write, delete files), Backups (create, restore, download), Databases, Settings, Startup configuration, and Allocations. Grant each subuser only what they actually need. A moderator who runs console commands does not need File Manager write access, for example.

Once you save, the subuser receives an email invitation. After they accept, they can log in and see the server in their own panel with the permissions you granted. Their activity shows in the Activity Log alongside your own.

To change a subuser's permissions later, open Subusers, find them in the list, and click Edit. Add or remove individual permissions and save. Changes take effect immediately.

To remove access entirely, click Remove on their row. This immediately revokes all their permissions and they can no longer access the server.
