Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zeros Host platform and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. About Us

Zeros Host is a game server hosting service operated as a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Service Description

Zeros Host provides game server hosting for Garry's Mod, Minecraft, Terraria, Project Zomboid, Rust, and Discord bots. Services include a free trial period and paid monthly hosting plans. You get a web-based control panel for managing your server, with tools including a mod manager, file editor, backdoor scanner, and console interface.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not change pricing on an active paid plan without giving you at least 30 days' notice and the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Host content that is illegal under the laws of England and Wales or your jurisdiction
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or any form of network abuse
• Distribute malware, backdoors, or tools designed to compromise other systems
• Violate the terms of service of any game publisher or platform
• Resell or sublicense our services without our prior written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

6. Free Trial

We offer a limited free trial for new accounts. The trial lets you run a game server for a set duration at no charge. No payment details are required to start a trial. Trial servers are stopped and data deleted after the trial expires, unless you upgrade to a paid plan before it ends.

7. Paid Plans and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are stated in GBP and exclude VAT. Where VAT applies to your purchase, it will be calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar day each month. If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you by email. Services may be suspended until a failed payment is resolved.

8. Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings or by contacting us. On cancellation, your server remains active until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge early termination fees.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel from the date of your initial purchase without giving a reason. If you ask us to begin the service during that period, you may still cancel but will be charged a proportionate amount for the service already provided. See our Refund Policy for full details.

9. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

11. Service Availability

We aim to keep your server available at all times. Unplanned downtime will be credited in accordance with our Refund Policy. We may take the service offline for planned maintenance with reasonable advance notice and will schedule this outside peak hours where possible.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms or for conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or our systems. For other reasons, we will provide at least 7 days' notice before termination. You may cancel your account at any time through your Account settings or by contacting us.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree, you may cancel before they take effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
