Dev Tier: Build Before You Launch
We added a Dev tier at three pounds per month. Shared infrastructure, not for production. Use it to build, test, and configure your server before going live.
There is now a Dev tier on the pricing page. Three pounds per month. 2 GB RAM, 10 GB storage, full panel access.
What it is for
The Dev tier runs on shared development infrastructure. It is not meant for public servers. It is meant for building. If you want to configure DarkRP jobs, test a plugin stack, set up permissions, or build a map rotation before your community is online, this is where you do it.
What it is not
It is not a production server. Shared infrastructure means possible downtime during maintenance. Performance is not guaranteed during peak hours. If you are ready for players, upgrade to Starter or above.
Why we added it
Setting up a game server properly takes time. Configuring addons, testing permissions, building a loading screen, getting the workshop collection right. Paying full price for a production server while you are still in setup mode felt wrong. The Dev tier gives you a workspace without the production price tag.
When you are ready, upgrading to Starter or Pro takes effect immediately from the panel. Your server files carry over. Nothing is lost.
